Thank you for participating in our very first annual Emmanuel Community Park FALL FEST! This family friendly community event will include food, music, games & activities for children and adults alike. By reserving booth space free of charge, you will have the opportunity to promote your organization before and during the event. In return, you are agreeing to purchase and distribute a candy and/or toy item as well as create a game or activity, in your booth, for the children to enjoy. We appreciate your partnership in providing a memorable experience for the community of North Golden Gate Estates!
Booth Space Reservation: We will provide space for your 6-8 ft. table and your 10x10 tent to be placed on our multipurpose field. Sponsorship Deadline: Sept. 19, 2019
In appreciation of your participation, you will receive promotional recognition at the event and on our social media sites.
Item you will be distributing (Hard Candy, small toy, water, etc…for approx. 500 participants):

Game or activity in your booth for the children to enjoy.
Promotional Materials: Please email us your logo so we can promote your organization online and at the event. High resolution company logos in both JPEG and EPS should be sent to Crystal at C.Marie@emmanuelcommunities.org
